These terms govern your use of Nextvisit AI, Inc.'s AI clinical documentation software. The service is available to licensed healthcare clinicians and the practices that employ them.
Your responsibilities
You retain professional responsibility for every chart you sign. Nextvisit drafts, you review, you authorize. You are responsible for the accuracy of any signed clinical record.
Subscription
Plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to record people without their knowledge where consent is required, and don't input data unrelated to clinical documentation.
