Analytics and reporting

The panel as a single rollup, plus reports AriaMD writes for you.

Outcomes at the cohort level, practice performance at the workspace level, and study-grade synthesis on demand. Available on Provider+; some clinical-study and custom-export modes are enterprise.

Outcomes at the cohort level

The trajectory across a cohort, not just one chart.

Treatment-outcome trends from PHQ-9, GAD-7, COWS, and any custom scale you score. Switch cohort to see the same view for depression, anxiety, MAT, TMS, and Spravato. Built from the same signed encounters that drive each chart, so the numbers match the notes by definition.

Practice performance

Active panel, no-show rate, NPS, days in AR, top meds, top diagnoses.

AI review and data evaluation

Workspace data, written up like a study.

Synthesis at clinical-study level: sample size, methods, results, and the source encounters and codes the model pulled from. AriaMD does the heavy work; you read the abstract.

MAT outcomes, week ending 04-19-2026

n = 312 active inductions generated by AriaMD cohort 2024-Q1 to 2026-Q1

Abstract

Across 312 buprenorphine inductions over 8 quarters, retention at 90 days was 78%, with COWS reduction of 9.4 (95% CI 8.7 to 10.1) from baseline. Concurrent counseling participation averaged 71% (n=222 of 312). 14 inductions were terminated for diversion concerns; 7 of 14 transitioned to a higher level of care.

Methods

Retrospective analysis of all signed encounters tagged MAT in the workspace. COWS scores, UDS results, and counseling attendance pulled from the structured fields on each visit note. No free-text mining; results derive from the same fields the chart uses.

Results

  • Retention 90 days: 78% (243 of 312)
  • COWS reduction baseline to wk 12: 9.4 (CI 8.7 to 10.1)
  • UDS positive for prescribed buprenorphine at wk 12: 92%
  • Counseling adherence: 71% mean across cohort
  • Adverse events: 4 documented, 0 serious
Sources: 5,847 signed encounters · 312 charts referenced · ICD-10 F11.10, F11.20, F11.21 · ISO/IEC 42001 governed

Every claim links back to the underlying encounters. Numbers are not generated; they are counted from structured fields on signed notes. Enterprise unlocks longer cohort windows, multi-workspace pooling, and custom CI methods.

Write a prompt; pick a cadence and a delivery target. AriaMD runs the analysis and emails the result as a PDF, CSV, JSON, Markdown, or plain email body. Same engine that runs in the chart, run unattended.
