Let AriaMD do the busywork on a schedule, or in response to a clinical event.

Turn your structured workflows into background jobs. Write a prompt, pick when it runs, and AriaMD does the rest with the tools it already uses inside the chart.

Two ways to run

Schedule it, or fire it on a clinical signal.

Most teams start with one daily summary, then add event-based tasks once they see what AriaMD can do without supervision.

Schedule mode

Run on a recurring clock

Daily, weekday, weekly, or monthly. Default is daily at 09:00 in the workspace timezone. Useful for end-of-day summaries, weekly cohort reviews, and morning briefs.

Event-based mode

Run when something clinical happens

Pick one or many of seven workspace events. Each match fires the task once. Useful for sign-time QA, OCR follow-ups, and fax routing.

Seven clinical events

Wire AriaMD to the moments that matter.

Each event fires the task once per match. Combine multiple events on a single task for one prompt that responds to several signals.

Encounters

Encounter Signed

A provider signs an encounter and locks the note.

Often paired with peer-review summaries or claim QA.

Encounters

Note Processed

AriaMD finishes drafting a SOAP note from the recording.

Useful for routing notes to supervisors before sign-off.

Encounters

Service Location Assigned

A service location is added or changed on an encounter.

Run telehealth versus in-person modifier checks.

Encounters / Insurance

Billing Code Assigned

A CPT or ICD-10 code is applied or accepted on an encounter.

Trigger pre-submission audits or denial-risk scoring.

Files

Document OCR Complete

OCR processing finishes on an uploaded document.

Summarize new intake forms or external records.

Fax

Fax Received

An inbound fax lands in the workspace.

Classify, route to a patient, or summarize for the chart.

Virtual Fax add-on
Fax

Fax Delivered

An outbound fax delivery confirms.

Close out referral loops or update care-team timelines.

Configure a task

Five fields. Up to 10,000 characters of prompt.

Intelligence and credits

Pay for the level of reasoning the task actually needs.

Every task picks one of four levels. Ultra plans across the chart. Budget runs short, simple jobs. Switch any time.

Ultra

$$$$

Complex, multi-step tasks

Cross-chart reasoning, longitudinal synthesis, anything that needs planning across multiple data points.

Normal

$$$

Balanced default

Reliable for most prompts. Good for note QA, cohort summaries, and structured letters.

Fast

$$

Quick, simple tasks

Single-shot prompts and lightweight summarization at lower latency.

Budget

$

Lowest credit cost

High-volume, low-complexity work where every credit counts. Triage classification, tagging, and short extracts.

Workspace plans are metered in AI credits. The pricing page shows the credit ladder per tier.

Available tools

What each task can read while it runs.

Tools scope the data AriaMD touches. Patients and Encounters are on by default so most tasks work without extra wiring. Documents and Web search opt in per task.

Patients

Default ON

Read demographics, tags, and panel filters. Reference cohorts by tag inside the prompt.

Encounters

Default ON

Read signed and draft encounters, notes, transcripts, and accepted codes.

Documents

Default OFF

Read OCR-processed files in the workspace. Off by default to keep prompts cheap and scoped.

Web search

Default OFF

Look up clinical guidelines, monographs, and reference data online. Off by default; enable per task.

Cross-module event map

Where the signals come from, and where they go.

Encounters, Files, and Fax emit clinical events. Automations and Insurance consume them. AriaMD acts on the prompt with the tools enabled on the task.

Encounters with ICD-10 codes auto-create claims in Insurance. The same Encounter Signed event also fires the Automations runtime, so a single signing can publish a claim, update the patient timeline, and run a peer-review summary in parallel.

See it on your workflow

Twenty minutes, one mock visit. You leave with a note in your template.

We run a mock session live, draft the note, and walk through what the downstream claim would look like. No slides. No sales deck.
