Nextvisit AI, Inc. is HIPAA-compliant and signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer by default.
What we collect
Account data (name, work email, practice name) for identity, and Protected Health Information (PHI) only when explicitly transmitted from your sessions for documentation.
How we use it
Account data supports billing, authentication, and product improvement. PHI is processed for the sole purpose of generating clinical documentation and is never used to train our models.
Retention
Audio recordings are kept in memory only by default. Notes persist for the lifetime of your account or until you delete them. You can request a full export at any time.
